Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before Shipment:

Once you have placed an order with Pariksha Biotech Pvt Ltd, we regret to inform you that cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds.

Refund: 

We do not offer refunds.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

1. Product Misuse: 

Pariksha Biotech Pvt Ltd will not accept returns for products that have been damaged due to misuse or overuse.

2. Incomplete Packaging: 

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including price tags, labels, the original packing, freebies, and other accessories. Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging is damaged.

3. Tampered Serial Number: 

Products with tampered serial numbers will not be eligible for returns.

4. Out-of-Warranty Defects: 

Defective products that are not covered under the Seller’s or Manufacturer’s warranty will not be accepted for return.

5. Used or Altered Products: 

Products that have been used or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

6. Late Requests: 

Requests for return initiated after 15 business days of order delivery will not be accepted.

7. Free Promotional Products: 

Products received as free promotional items provided by Pariksha Biotech Pvt Ltd are not eligible for return.

Categories not eligible for Return:

• Customized Products: 

Certain items, such as POC (Point of Care) devices, System Packs, Open Reagents, and others, cannot be returned. These products are available during select promotions and are ordered on-demand.

Please note:

Received a Damaged, Defective Item, or Wrong Product in Your Order?

Pariksha Biotech Pvt Ltd ensures rigorous quality checks before shipping your orders. However, in the rare event that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement by contacting us at [email protected].

To initiate a return/refund for a damaged or defective item or an incorrect product within 15 days of receiving your order, please follow these steps:

Can You Return Part of Your Order?

Yes, you can initiate a return at the item level. If you have ordered multiple items, you can request a return, replacement, or refund for any individual item. However, please ensure that the product being returned includes all its components, as well as any complimentary gifts or products that were part of the original order.
